Fame! Maybe Not Forever

Update: In a display of how fleeting fame can be, I have been nudged off the list and replaced with other more "famous-looking" dogs. As if! Ahhh, it was good while it lasted.

Fame! I'm Gonna Live Forever...

So the big news is that my Dad Eric submitted my picture to a promotion the Boston Globe was having about pet celebrity look-a-likes. I got in! My picture as my namesake, Frida Kahlo, is featured on boston.com. Or as Dad's coworker said, "Frida's hit the big time, baby!" You can vote for me too! Check it out!
Maybe now I should start thinking about getting an agent...

Frida looks like...

At the suggestion of Dad Mike on his blog, here's a fun Google game to waste some time. Here are the instructions:

Do a Google search for the following: "(your name here) looks like" inserting your name where indicated and including the quotes. Post the top five.

Well, here are mine...

1. Frida looks like Jean Grey in her Phoenix form!

2. Frida looks like a counted cross stitch!

3. Wow! Frida looks like the belle of the ball!

4. Frida looks like a natural to me!

5. Frida looks like Diana Rigg.

and one more for good measure...

6. Frida looks like Ingrid Bergman.

Anyone for X-Men, Casablanca, or the Avengers??

Side note: my favorite is my dad's:
Eric looks like a very dirty Sunday School Jesus clown who teaches children about Christ through humor and balloon sculpture.
Wow.

Not Quite Rex Grossman

Our house was watching the big game this past Sunday and we were rooting for the Chicago Bears. Unfortunately after a strong opening, they did not pull through. Maybe next year. Enjoy the pic of me dressed up as quarterback.
Update: I was supposed to go to daycare this morning but our car had a FLAT TIRE! I was all stoked to get to play with my pals, but there was a nail in the tire and Dads didn't have time to take care of it, so we had to cancel my play date. boo!

Long Lost Littermate

Thought I'd pass along this picture that came across my desk. It's uncanny how this doggie could be a sibling of mine. Why he/she is dressed up in a turkey costume is another matter. Not that I'm judging.
